A relaxing summer in the country, part 1. So far, I have been kicking back, producing a few projects in the studio, writing, practicing, planning. All in all it has been great! The serious adventures are still ahead: New Brunswick, Maine, Seattle…then two weeks to rest up before school starts again! I’ll take these summers for sure.

I have been spending a lot of time in the studio this summer, recording and producing. And it’s a varied group of projects too…rock to hip-hop to flamenco to children’s music! The first project is done, and it sounds pretty nice:

Twilight tonight was really neat, with a beautiful sunset and the smell of fresh cut grass and a haze over the horizon. Unfortunately, the haze was an approaching storm, and not a receding one, so I ended up getting very wet. On a musical note, I think I’m going to get the Electro-Harmonix Stereo Memory Man pedal and replace my Line 6. I’m excited…
