Tim Peck

Award winning Brooklyn-based Pianist & Composer. Tim has toured the US, Canada, and the world with diverse creative projects. He has held composing fellowships at VCCA, Moulin à Nef, and Willapa Bay AiR. Founder of the Essential Work(er)s Project and Tim Peck Education.

Sinan Bakir

Hartford based Turkish guitar virtuoso and modern-day jazz improviser. Bakir’s debut album “On My Way” basked in critical acclaim and international airplay, his follow-up release, “Tales and Stories” was also greeted with wide and deep praise, both for his warm, lyrical playing and for his original compositions. In a recent review,  “Sound Waves” magazine describes Bakir’s guitar work from subtle, soothing shades of minimalist melodies to blistering, finessed and impossibly fast runs and recognizes him as a highly polished guitarist, too diverse for a single label.

Alex Beckman

Musician, producer, and sound bath facilitator in NYC.   

He has toured the world as a drummer and makes electronic music under the moniker MMBLR.  Synthesizing the healing arts, improvisation, and deep listening practices Alex hopes to use vibration as a means for positive change.  

Rogério Boccato

Multiple Grammy-nominated/winner Brazilian percussionist and educator Rogério Boccato plays in projects led by some of today’s leading jazz players, among them Maria Schneider, John Patitucci, Fred Hersch, Brian Blade, Kurt Elling, Danilo Perez and many others.

A GRAMMY Award-nominated music producer and a Brooklyn-based soul/jazz artist. Her latest album “Heliotrope” was released at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. She has performed at The Bitter End, The Blue Note, The Living Room, and The SOFAR Music Series.

Rick O’Neal

My favorite place to be is on stage, in a recording studio or in a classroom. I’m Frederick J. O’Neal IV but everyone calls me Rick. Playing live concerts, recording music or teaching about music fills my soul and my day. 

The Suitcase Junket

Matt Lorenz is a singer, songwriter, instrumentalist and performer best known for his solo act The Suitcase Junket.

He tours internationally and has recorded numerous albums of original works. 

The Suitcase Junket will be releasing a studio album this November produced by Steve Berlin of Los Lobos.

Adam Tinkle

Grounded in improvisation, co-creation, and auditory culture, I make performances, gallery exhibitions, participatory workshops, music (with releases on Risky Forager, Edgetone, and Midnight Gallery), and collaborations in a range of media. I have taught at at Skidmore College since 2014, since March, also teach landscaping and lawn art and to Alice (7) and Milo (4).

Zak Trojano

Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, a finger-style guitar player, a fly-fisherman, and a beer drinker. He watches more than he talks, the guy at the end of the bar nursing a drink while the afternoon light angles in, letting the conversation pile up around him like snowfall.
