It is time for a new 5-year plan. My current one is almost finished…soon I should hve all the details put together for my enrollment in grad school. Here is what I’m thinking so far:

1) get my MASTERs degree in 3 yrs.
2) write a suite based on place
3) play the suite live for rehearsals
4) get a grant to higher musicians and record the suite for my second album @ Signature Sounds in Pomfret
5) ???
6) transition to a city

It’s thin so far, but I think all doable. Also, I’m going to try to be better about posting to the website. Maybe if I’m visiting more often to blog, I’ll do something about finishing the site design…

So, I’m trying to figure out how to link up several disparate blogging accounts…wordpress, blogger, and this site, in order to have a more coherent presence. It’s a little odd right now.

However, I just got back from a week in Maine with the fam. It was very relaxing, even though the weather was terrible. I did get a lot of reading done, and took many photos…

Twilight tonight was really neat, with a beautiful sunset and the smell of fresh cut grass and a haze over the horizon. Unfortunately, the haze was an approaching storm, and not a receding one, so I ended up getting very wet. On a musical note, I think I’m going to get the Electro-Harmonix Stereo Memory Man pedal and replace my Line 6. I’m excited…

I’ll keep tweaking on my end, but it looks pretty great…seamless iPhone integration so far. Let me know how it looks on other platforms…
